Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Candly account and all associated data at any time from within the app — go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you connected a social platform (such as Instagram or Facebook) and only want the data obtained from that platform removed, disconnect it from Settings → Integrations, which revokes our access and deletes the data we obtained from it. Removing the Candly app from your platform account triggers the same deletion automatically.

If you can't sign in, email privacy@candly.io from the address on your account and we will delete your data on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
